The Best Salsa Ever

first, boil these ingredients together until sugar is dissolved. set aside until cool.
1/3 cup olive oil
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar

second, in a bowl mix:
1 can mexi-corn (drained)
1 can black beans (drained)
1 can black-eyed peas (drained) (aka: fergie peas)
1 can chopped jalapenos (drained)
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 small chopped red onion
1 tsp cracked pepper

third, once the vinegar mixture is cool - mix everything together. Refrigerate for 1 day and serve with chips... or a spoon, or a cup. it's that good.
